Biography:
Mr. Mendlestein joined the Firm in 2001and became a shareholder in 2012. Since then he has handled claims involving medical negligence, general liability, premises liability, auto negligence, as well as, civil forfeiture matters and appellate matters. Mr. Mendlestein also advises the Firm’s healthcare clients on Amendment 7 issues, PSOs and administrative matters. Mr. Mendlestein has been recognized as a Rising Star by Florida Super Lawyers magazine and has received a Martindale-Hubbell® AV Peer Review Rating. He is a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation. Mr. Mendlestein is also a Member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).
