Biography:
Mitchell Lundeen concentrates his practice in general liability, commercial litigation, products liability, trucking litigation, construction litigation, and property and casualty litigation. Mr. Lundeen is also an active member of the Florida Defense Lawyers Association, International Association of Defense Counsel, and the Defense Research Institute. He has tried over 100 jury cases to verdict. He is a past president of the Miami branch of the American Board of Trial Advocates, and also a member of the Middle and Northern District as well as the Southern District.
