Biography:
David Herrero is a Partner at Cole, Scott & Kissane’s Miami office, and focuses his practice on liability defense handling a variety of negligence cases. Over the past several years, Mr. Herrero’s practice has been concentrated on defending high-exposure premises liability and auto/trucking accident cases which involve serious or catastrophic injuries. Mr. Herrero has tried over a dozen serious injury cases throughout South Florida with a focus in handling cases within the "tri-county area" of Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. Mr. Herrero received his Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University, and his Juris Doctor degree from Florida A&M University College of Law.
