Biography:
David W. Grossman is President-elect of the Miami Chapter and focuses his practice in the areas of products liability, premises liability, professional negligence, negligent security, defamation, dram shop, trucking, construction defect litigation, bad faith, insurance coverage analysis, and defense of religious and charitable organizations. Mr. Grossman has tried in excess of 165 jury trials to verdict in State and Federal Court throughout Florida. He is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the Florida Bar and the National Board of Trial Advocacy.
David is a National Board representative and chairs the Professionalism and Civility Committee, for the Miami ABOTA chapter.
He is also a member of the Florida Supreme Court Committee on Civil Jury Instructions.
