Jon has been practicing in the field of Plaintiffs Personal Injury Law since 1994 . He handles cases involving wrongful death, automobile accidents, premises liability, product liability, negligent security and first party homeowners and auto insurance claims. Jon handles cases throughout the State of Florida and is a Past President of the Miami-Dade County Trial Lawyers Association and an Eagle Member of the Florida Justice Association. He graduated from Hobart College in 1991 with a B.A in Political Science and graduated Cum Laude in 1994 from the University of Miami School of Law. When not practicing law, Jon enjoys competing in marathons and triathlons and is a five time finisher of the Boston Marathon and a 2009 finisher of the Ironman World Championship in Hawaii.
