Biography:
Michael Brand is a partner at Cole, Scott and Kissane P.A. He practices across all fields of litigation, including medical malpractice, premises liability, legal malpractice, property damage claims, automobile, construction, bad faith/extra-contractual liability, personal injury claims and defense of professional liability claims, trucking claims defense and others. He has tried over 150 jury trials to verdict in his career. Mr. Brand received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in English at the University of Pennsylvania, after which he obtained his Juris Doctor from Temple University. He joined Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A. after working at the Dade County Public Defender’s Office, where he represented clients charged with serious felonies, and after several years of civil practice.
