Biography:
I began my practice as a defense lawyer at the largest defense firm in Florida, where I was named partner. During this time, I represented individuals and companies accused of causing catastrophic injury and death due to automobile negligence, premises liability, product liability, and medical malpractice. Following this, I transitioned into representing individuals significantly injured or killed due to the fault of another, including slip/trip and fall type incidents, motor vehicle collisions, as well as representing injured railroad workers covered under the Federal Employers’ Liability Act.
