He has tried cases in both state and federal court, and has litigated in federal court in Michigan and in the state courts of New Hampshire, Georgia, and Ohio. Kevin has also represented clients in numerous administrative hearings in Miami and Tallahassee.Kevin has successfully tried cases relating to professional liability including claims for medical malpractice, in which he has represented hospitals, nurses and individual physicians. He has also tried catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases involving product liability, auto and premises liability.Kevin has both arbitrated and tried to verdict cases involving alleged construction defects, serving as trial counsel for a variety of building contractors and engineering firms. The cases he managed involved not only allegations of millions of dollars of property damage, but also catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death claims.Kevin is a member of the Florida Bar, the District of Columbia Bar and the American Board of Trial Advocates, Miami Chapter. A past member of the Florida Bar Standing Committee on Professionalism, he served as chairman of the Florida Bar Grievance Committee for the 11th Judicial Circuit. He has lectured extensively at legal and medical seminars throughout his career.Kevin has served on various public service and charitable boards and committees including the Archdiocese of Miami Education Foundation.
